Prototype for a safe lift clock speaks to the devices used to signal compliance with worker health and safety intiatives and the inevitable pushing of workers towards unsafe work. This work references documents from a workplace training I attended in 2025. The fallacy of the training is that awareness is the answer to preventing workplace injury. This insistence on awareness papers over the real cause of risk - management's demands for constantly faster workers, especially when the employer's profits are at risk.
