







The main thrust of baby knowledge is that ‘baby knowledge’, (i.e. instinctual urges to place objects in one’s mouth or render one’s own body limp) will provide the active participant with the most successful understanding of life at large. Emerson’s illustration style veers excitedly into bizarre interpretations of the figure and its surroundings; this tendency accentuates the publication’s lofty tone and provides the reader with satisfying visuals to pair with the notion of digression into infancy for the sake of professional proficiency.
